My client is a small chain of fresh food high quality gastro pubs. We are currently recruiting a deputy manager for their site in Leicester. You should have a background within fresh food establishments be used to working in large volume establishments work well under pressure. You should be self motivated willing to learn and keen to develop a career within the hospitality industry. Duties will include dealing with customers taking orders liaising with front and back of house arranging deliveries and helping the assistant and Gm with budgets staffing and reports.
